Giggle!

Can't sleep and poking around the interwebs. Have to share this one, lifted from the signature line of catize on the Collarme.com message boards:

Q: What do you get when you breed an onion with a donkey?
.
A: Most of the time you get an onion with really long ears. But every once in awhile, you get a piece of ass that brings tears to your eyes!

  2. Oh nooooo!
Tea alone not too dreadful, but if memory serves me you like your tea sweetened! Better get that sugary stuff off the keyboard fast!!!

Glad someone else liked my silly sense of humor :)

  4. Ronnie, thank you. I was doing quite poorly yesterday, and not too happy about that. But I've realized what happened. 2 days ago I over-did it with the soup and bread making and general puttering around the house. Additionally, the soup was too high in fat for my new gall-bladder-less body to digest well, and the result was that yesterday, despite my desire, I was not well enough to get out of bed.

I am doing better today, but will try to be careful not to do too much, and will be more careful about what I eat in future. I think the soup would be just as good with a turkey polish sausage instead of the pork version I used.

Hope all is well in your corner of the world!

  5. Hi Tapestry:
That was too funny! Laughter can be soo healing, so I want to thank you for that!
I am sure that your healing process has been a bit of an adventure for you, but it seems like you are figuring out what is working for your body. I wish I could come over and cook for you and spend some time chatting. But for now I send you my loving healing thoughts.
    Take care

  6. AG, I'm glad you enjoyed the giggle too! I am figuring it out, slowly but surely, and I know all will be well soon.

What a lovely prospect, meeting you and spending time getting to know one another in person! I would like that very much.

  9. That was funny. Are you feeling better today? Keep taking it easy if you can, you need to heal completely; people tend to start feeling good, overdo it, and end up making the healing take double the time and effort. Bless you, Cleo

  10. Thanks Mr C, Princess, and Cleo.

It did certainly tickle my funny bone :)

I am feeling better, I'm not 100% but I'm certainly getting closer.

    Thanks for the good wishes.
